At Cape Fear Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, we offer patients the convenience of ordering or refilling their prescriptions. New prescriptions and refills are only issued during normal business hours (Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.).
Because your doctor is only in clinic two to three days per week, we ask that you please allow us a minimum of 72 hours to process your medication request. Please do not wait until you have run out of medication to request a refill. Certain narcotic prescriptions must be written by law, and therefore, will not be called into your pharmacy. Written prescriptions can be picked up any time during regular business hours. Please be prepared to show a photo ID when picking up prescriptions.
